Building optimizied by an agent on a genetic model

Build a digital architecture building that uses an agent-based genetic model (or genetic process) to optimize
itself for the tasks, problems and building programmes it is supposed to fit (e.g. something like digital rain, 
number of visitors, changing Dow Jones/S+P 500/DAX index). You may select the use and type of the 
building.

Or, at last, try to build and model it and produce a nice video clip showing how it could work... ;o)
